High school play highlights arts in the Basin

| November 16, 2017 2:00 AM

I would like to take this opportunity to say how much we enjoyed the high school musical production, “The Addams Family,” last weekend. Our group was very impressed with the music, singing, choreography and all-around production. It’s great to have this production right here in our community and to see the local talent that we have. I know it takes hours of preparation and planning with the high school kids, including all the time and work teachers and parents have to put in.

We have a lot of arts here in the Basin with the Columbia Basin Allied Arts program, Community Concerts, the Masquers in Soap Lake, Quincy and Ephrata theater. I hope that everyone takes the opportunity to venture out and take advantage of our local arts organizations.
