A man reported an unknown vehicle struck his car in the 900 block of South Juniper Drive. The suspect vehicle was located in the area, but police could not locate the owner of the vehicle.

Patricia Turner, 52, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
David Cantu, 26, of Warden, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.
David Evridge, 20, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant.
Efrain Madrid, 24, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for third-degree theft.
Sabas Rodriguez, 71, of George, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Jose Avalos, was booked on three outstanding GCDC warrants for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Kimberly Gates, 34, of Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to obey a police officer and resisting arrest.
