Nov. 3

A 55-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants.

Report of theft at McCosh Park. Reporting party’s bag, which contained medications, was stolen.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant, and a 37-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant, after a traffic stop.

A subject, a juvenile male, turned himself at the police station for active juvenile warrants.

A 21-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Nov. 4

A 42-year-old woman was arrested for DUI. Her vehicle was towed.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of identity theft. Victim said he received a call from his phone company saying there had been suspicious activity, with an account in the victim’s name opened in California and cellphones purchased on the account.

Report of trespassing in the 1300 block of East June Drive. Reporting party saw footprints in the snow and checked the surveillance camera, finding that an unidentified subject had been walking through the yard at about 3 a.m. Subject was described as male, wearing a light-colored jacket with a hood and dark jeans.

Report of possible identity theft. Reporting party said unknown suspects might have been using her daughter’s identity.

A 38-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Two German shepherds were reported chasing cattle.

A woman reported that her husband attacked her.

A backhoe was reported stolen.

A woman reported a male going through her truck and taking things.

A business reported that a male was there all day and was refusing to leave.

A woman reported that she was robbed by a female she knew.

A woman reported her vehicle stolen.

A man reported that his vehicle was stolen during the night.

A tool trailer was reportedly broken into.

Bulmaro Hernandez, 24, Royal City, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Daniel Cummins, 32, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree theft and second-degree retail theft with special circumstances.

Celeste Osuna, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Samuel Gonzalez, 23, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Rhiannon Parker, 21, Kennewick, was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle, identity theft, second-degree theft and reckless driving.

Norma Rojas Mejia, 55, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamine, and outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Josvel Soto Rodriguez, 30, Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

Aureilo Arevalo Hernandez, 32, no address listed, was booked on a 30-day GCDC commitment for DUI.

Angelica Ortega, 19, Quincy, was booked for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Eusebio Delagado, 37, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Scott Calhoun, 39, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree attempted theft of a motor vehicle.

Bradley Lidstrom, 22, Moses Lake, turned himself in a one-day commitment for DUI.

Jeffrey Muellner, 56, Grand Coulee, was booked for possession of methamphetamines, third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft.

Malcom Engle, 35, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for harassment.

Maria Alexander, 27, Soap Lake, was booked on outstanding GCSC warrants for second-degree trafficking in stolen property, second-degree theft and two counts of second-degree burglary.

Mario Crittenden, 20, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for MIP and third-degree theft.

Joseph Mortensen, 56, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamines and possession of controlled substances.

Javier Neponuceno Sanchez, 28, Othello, was booked for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Adam Darnall, 38, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Nov. 6

Angela Delma Ramos, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree assault and obstructing law enforcement.

Jose Medina Jimenez, 25, Moses Lake, was booked for two counts of vehicular assault.

Domingo Estraca, 39, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
