Barbara Fay Hayward (Quigley)

Barbara Fay Hayward (Quigley), born Nov. 30, 1957 went to be with the Lord on Oct. 25, 2017. She was born in Everett, Wash. to William (Bill) and Ardith Quigley. When she was 13 years old the family moved to Marysville, Wash, where Barbara graduated from Marysville-Pilchuck High School in 1976. Barbara married Charles (Chuck) Hayward in September of 1984 in Valdosta, Ga.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Ardith Quigley and sister Mary Gunselman, all of Arlington, Wash., and nephew B.J. Spafford of Spokane, Wash. She leaves behind her husband of 33 years Charles (Chuck) Hayward of Elmer City, Wash.; brothers Scott (Valerie) Quigley of Medical Lake, Wash. and Tom Quigley of Woodinville, Wash.; sister Peggy (Jay) Spafford of Spokane, Wash.; stepchildren Susan (Eric) Erga of Marysville, Wash. and Naomi (Patrick) Brown of Moses Lake, Wash.;, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Special thanks for care Barbara received are extended to the in-home caregivers, local EMS personnel, staff at Coulee Medical Center, Grand Coulee, Wash.; staff of Colville Convalescent Center, Nespelem, Wash. and staff of Columbia Crest Rehabilitation Center in Moses Lake, Wash.

Memorial Services will be held at Banks Lake Bible Church, 25 School Av., Electric City, Wash. at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2. Remembrance gifts are requested to be made to the American Diabetes Association.
