TV times, listings need updating

Several months ago the Moses Lake cable TV company moved some of their stations to different places on the TV dial. So 1) why hasn’t the cable company changed the channel 10 guide to show these station number changes; 2) why hasn’t the newspaper changed the numbers in their weekly TV guide and 3) why haven’t the Hallmark station times been reset to show Pacific time zone instead of Eastern time zone in both the newspaper and the cable company times on channel 10? I don’t think I am the only person in this entire area that has noticed this.
