Report of theft at residence in the 1400 block of South Cougar Drive. Victim said she had mailed a money order for a house payment, and it had been stolen.

Report of car falling into Moses Lake at a business at 302 W. Broadway Ave. Driver didn't put the vehicle in park and it rolled into the water, damaging a city-owned sculpture on the way. It was pulled from the water.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 1200 block of South Balsam Street. Vehicle was broken into sometime in the last three days.

Report of a three-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Broadway Avenue and South Ash Street. Driver of vehicle 3 slowed down for a piece of metal in the roadway; driver of vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 3 and driver of vehicle 2 rear-ended vehicle 1.

Report of possible bomb threat at Samaritan Hospital. Police contacted subject who denied making a threat, saying it was a miscommunication. Case is still under investigation.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Fourth Avenue and South Alder Street. Driver of vehicle 2 proceeded into the intersection after stopping at the stop sign. Vehicle 1 ran into vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield and for no car insurance.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 100 block of East Hill Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 was driving down Hill Avenue when she lost power, her steering wheel locked and she hit vehicle 2, which was parked.

Report of phone fraud. Reporting party said she was contacted by a caller who threatened collection.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for burglary after a witness allegedly saw him leave a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way with merchandise he hadn't purchased.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for three misdemeanor warrants following a traffic stop.

Report of motorcycle accident at a business at West Valley Road and North Stratford Road. Motorcyclist allegedly attempted a wheelie and crashed. Rider left the scene before officers arrived.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Broadway Avenue and South Ash Street. Driver of vehicle 1 backed out of a parking space and hit vehicle 2.

A 40-year-old man was arrested for possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and six outstanding Grant County warrants.

A 19-year-old man was arrested for DUI after he was stopped for driving without headlights.

Report of assault in the 3000 block of West Lakeside Drive. Victim said a former boyfriend hit her, threw water on her and damaged her property.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Suspect allegedly didn't record correct prices in the self-checkout.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Broadway Avenue and Dogwood Street. Driver of vehicle 1 sighted a distraction and ran into vehicle 2 while it was stopped at the light.

A 12-year-old boy was arrested on an outstanding Grant County Juvenile warrant for truancy.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Stratford Road and SR 17. Vehicles 1 and 2 were stopped at the traffic light. When the light turned green driver of vehicle 1 started forward and ran into the back of vehicle 2.

Report of possible stolen vehicle. Reporting party said the car had been left in the parking lot of a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. for two days, and when he went to pick it up, it was gone.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot at a business at 911 N. Stratford Rd. Two vehicles backed up at the same time and ran into each other.

A 28-year-old man was arrested for residential burglary (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

A 57-year-old woman was arrested for first-degree assault after she allegedly held a knife to her boyfriend's throat and threatened him.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant for burglary.

Report of a domestic dispute. Suspect allegedly punched victim in the face. Case is still under investigation.

Report of a large fight at a business at 302 W. Broadway Ave. Subjects were not cooperative upon law enforcement arrival. A 24-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct.

Report of gang graffiti on a vehicle parked at a residence in the 800 block of West Broadway Ave.

A 47-year-old woman was cited for theft after she was allegedly caught shoplifting at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Central Drive and West Loop Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 said he stopped for the light, realized he had stopped in the crosswalk and backed up to get out of it. He ran into vehicle 2.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 1400 E. Yonezawa Blvd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed up and ran into vehicle 2.

A 59-year-old woman was cited for theft after she allegedly took merchandise from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. and drove away. Vehicle was located, merchandise was recovered.

A man, no age given, was arrested for DUI.

Report of an erratic subject at a business at 3206 W. Lakeshore Ct. Subject was taken into custody and transported to Samaritan Hospital.

A woman reported that her neighbor threw trash over the fence and then yelled at her when she told him to pick it up.

A woman reported that both her ex-husband and his girlfriend threatened her.

Two juveniles were reportedly trying to remove an air conditioner from a trailer.

A man reported that his vehicle had been broken into and the stereo stolen.

A man reported that a woman who was only supposed to stay with him for one night was causing a disturbance.

A generator was reported stolen from the Sand Dunes.

Bikes were reported stolen overnight.

A wallet containing credit cards and $100 was reportedly found.

A man reported that some juveniles broke into his house and jumped the fence.

A group of people was reported being loud and obnoxious at Coulee City Community Park.

A woman reported that her neighbor threatened to shoot her dogs.

A woman reported that her grandson was trying to beat up her husband.

A woman reported that her garage had been broken into.

A man reported that his girlfriend took his pickup truck without permission.

A woman reported a suspicious male subject on the corner staring at her house and possibly stalking her niece.

A woman reported that her boyfriend’s ex kept coming to their residence to get her things after he had asked her not to.

Six puppies were reported stolen.

A man reported that a subject had kidnapped a female and taken her to a residence with a blue light on it.

Christina Fayard, 38, Desert Aire, was booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Jaclyn Salas, 26, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for third-degree assault, an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for third-degree assault, and outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), violation of a no-contact order, third-degree theft and reckless endangerment.

Rodolfo Ramirez, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence), harassment and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jason Truva, 39, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Adams County warrant for four counts of violating a no-contact order.

Gary Hill, 46, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for indecent exposure.

Gabriel Moore, 21, Seattle, was booked for three counts of possession of controlled substances.

William Kelly, 51, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.

Roberto Olivares Medina, 28, Moses Lake, was booked for residential burglary (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Louise Jensen, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree burglary.
