Moses Lake Police Department
May 25
A man was cited for third-degree theft after stealing a package from a residence in the 1200 block of West Lakeside Drive.
A woman reported several items were stolen out of her shed in the 300 block of West Sixth Avenue.
Threats involving Moses Lake High School students that were disseminated via social media were reported to school security.
A business in the 600 block of South Coolidge Street advised they believe someone is manufacturing drugs behind their location. Drug paraphernalia was found in the area, but no one was located.
Police were advised a man was driving in town without a license. Police could not locate the man.
A woman told police an unknown subject urinated on her front door and on the side of her apartment in the 600 block of South Balsam Street.
Report of a man and woman involved in a dispute at a fast food restaurant on North Stratford Road. The woman told police she was arguing with her boyfriend about a drink cup. The couple left the establishment.
Two juveniles were involved in a physical fight at the carnival behind Frontier Middle School. Neither side wished to press charges. The subjects were trespassed from the carnival for the weekend.
Report of subjects possibly lighting off fireworks from a boat.
Report of a female crawling on the floor of a bar in the 100 block of West Broadway Avenue and leaving the area. The woman was contacted and given a ride home.

May 25
Keelan Vasquez, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of heroin and two counts of third-degree assault.
Erick Conley, of Walla Walla, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.
Richard Glenn, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC bench warrant.
Horacio Mojica, city of residence not given, was booked on an 11-day commitment.
Recardo Rocha, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation.
Ranessa Ruiz, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.
Aaron Salazar, city of residence not given, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI and first-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
May 26
Carlos Lopez, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for second-degree possession of stolen property, second-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance.
Jose Delacruz, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree negligent driving.
