Notice of Application & Public Hearing May 25, 2017 Notice is hereby given that a Planned Unit Development application, and Binding Site Plan application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on March 28, 2017 from Live Nation (Designated Contact: Dave Bricklin, 1424 Fourth Ave, Suite 500, Seattle, WA 98101), were found to be technically complete on May 11, 2017. PROJECT: A Planned Unit Development and Binding Site Plan creating 22 lots in the Master Plan Resort zone. PUBLIC HEARING: The proposal has tentatively been scheduled for a public hearing before the Grant County Hearings Examiner on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 12:00pm noon in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
