May 23

Report of several items stolen out of a shed in the 2200 block of West Broadway Avenue.

A juvenile was caught stealing $330 worth of merchandise from Sportsman's Warehouse. The juvenile was released to a parent.

A man reported witnessing a man steal a package from a fenced yard in the 1700 block of West Ivy Avenue and walk into an apartment complex. Police could not find the subject.

A woman was driving on West Fifth Avenue when fencing from a construction site fell on her vehicle. The party responsible for the fencing was notified of the incident.

Police responded to a church on West Ivy Avenue after receiving a report of an alarm going off at the location. A door at the church was found to be unlocked, but nothing was found to be out of place in the building.

A woman was cited for not having a license for her dog after her dog was running at large in the 1100 block of West Ivy Avenue and acted aggressive to other dogs and people in the area.

Report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the area of North Grape Drive and state Route 17. The driver was contacted and police determined he was not intoxicated.

A juvenile was arrested in the 2000 block of South Crestmont Drive after threatening a person with a knife.

A woman reported that someone left clothes on her steps and it was freaking her out.

Mailboxes were reportedly damaged in Desert Aire.

A man reported a male trying to start problems with him.

A man reported that his son had been smoking marijuana and stealing items.

A woman reported a female threatening her.

Victoria Martinez, of Quincy, was booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant.

Tyler Vela, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for first-degree negligent driving.

Jose Chavez, of Federal Way, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Kittitas County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Ronald Herger, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

Sashea Hollis, of Blaine, was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle – accomplice.

Christina Vasquez, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
