SOAP LAKE — A Moses Lake man was injured on Thursday after he reportedly rear-ended a vehicle south of Soap Lake.

About 5 p.m. Gayle Adams, 34, of Coulee City, was driving a 2002 Ford F-250 south on state Route 17, about 13 miles south of Soap Lake, when she reportedly tried to turn left into the Blue Lakes rest area. Adams’ vehicle was reportedly rear-ended by a 2004 Chevrolet Express G2500 driven by Jesse Huntwork, 22, of Moses Lake, according to the Washington State Patrol.
