May 17

A man reported someone entered his vehicle in the 200 block of East Ninth Avenue and destroyed the vehicle's ignition.

Report of several items stolen out of two unlocked vehicles in the 1000 block of West Ivy Avenue.

A stolen vehicle was located in the 9900 block of North Stratford Road.

Report of $3,000 worth of chain link fence stolen from a storage building in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive.

Police were advised of a juvenile attempting to burn down a garage over the weekend in the 2200 block of West Neppel Street because he wanted to play with his friends and not spend time with his stepdad.

Home Depot advised of a subject acting odd and walking around their store. The subject left prior to police arrival.

Report of a window broke out on a vehicle in the 600 block of South Pacific Street.

Report of two suspicious subjects in an alley in the 1100 block of West Market Street. Police could not find the two subjects.

A man was arrested for DUI after striking three vehicles in the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue and fleeing the scene.

Ernest Gomez, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding warrant for second-degree malicious mischief and second-degree vehicle prowl.

Robert Inks, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of a controlled substance and/or narcotic by a prisoner and possession of heroin.

Slade Fortner, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for violations of probation.

Rigoberto Vasquez, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for violation of a no-contact order.

Julian Quintero, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary's warrant.

Nicholas Brown, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.

Heather White, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Yamil Martinez, city of residence not listed, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
