Report of vehicle prowl sometime within the last two days at a residence in the 1200 block of South Balsam Street. Victim said unknown suspects stole a battery and hand tools.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident at the intersection of North Central Drive and West Loop Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 sideswiped vehicle 2 and fled the scene. Vehicle 1 was described as a blue or green older model SUV with new damage to the left front corner.

A subject, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

A 41-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 1400 East Yonezawa Blvd. Driver of vehicle 1 pulled out in front of vehicle 2.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested for violation of a protection order (domestic violence), resisting arrest and residential burglary.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrants.

A woman reported that a male stole a watch from her daughter.

A woman reported that her 14-year-old daughter had called her at work to say there was someone in the daylight basement at her residence.

A woman reported that someone stole her cow.

Three juveniles appearing to be about 8 years old were reported playing in the road.

A woman reported that a male came to her house and told her that he had bought the house from the bank two weeks earlier and she would have to leave.

David Taylor, 25, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Shanna Mutzer, 41, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Blake Lannoye, 32, Ephrata, was booked for attempted residential burglary.

David Rubio, 24, Quincy, was booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for first-degree trespassing and obstructing law enforcement.

Roman Valdez, 18, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for MIP and possession of marijuana, less than 40 grams.

Kelsy Peterson, 26, Kennewick, was booked for residential burglary, violation of a protection order (domestic violence) and resisting arrest.

Yoban Nunez Diaz, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Carla Peregrino, 51, Soap Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing.

Cristel Simpson, 25, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Vanessa Simmons, 24, Othello was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamines and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
