Report of a tailgate stolen off a work truck in the 1300 block of East Hunter Place.

Police advised a man who was camping in the area of South Sand Dunes Road and West Sage Road of city ordinances concerning camping in city limits.

A man reported hearing gunfire about a mile away from his home in the 500 block of South Astor Loop. Police checked the area, but did not hear any gunfire.

Report of two third-grade students at Garden Heights Elementary sending threatening text messages to each other. Police could not make contact with the parents of the students.

Walmart contacted police for a theft in progress. The suspect put the items down and left the store before police arrived.

Two women were trespassed from Staples after store management believed they were stealing items.

A woman was arrested after stealing $121 in merchandise from Walmart. The woman was permanently trespassed from the business.

Report of a male possibly drinking a beer and driving. The male was contacted in a parking lot in the 700 block of North Stratford Road. No alcohol was observed in the vehicle.

A dog was taken into custody after biting a person in the 1600 block of South Wallace Street.

A man was arrested for DUI in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road.

A man reported that his ex caused problems and damaged property when she arrived to get paperwork.

A woman reported an ongoing problem with subjects threatening her daughter, and that those subjects were at her residence 30 minutes earlier.

A woman reported that she arrived home to find garbage all around.

A 6-year-old boy was reportedly making threats with knives.

A female caller reported that her boyfriend was cornering her and breaking things in her residence.

May 10

Alejandro Bernal, city of residence not listed, was booked on a Department of Corrections warrant for violation of probation.

Nikoh Vela, of Moses Lake, turned himself in on a Grant County District Court commitment for DUI.

Michael Montejano, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.

Brian Estes, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for violation of protection order.
