NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Adams County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 15, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 202 of the Adams County Courthouse, 210 W. Broadway, Ritzville, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: Grant of Franchise to McCAIN FOODS USA, INC. to construct, operate, and maintain an existing 18" Process Water Transmission Pipeline upon, under, over, across, and along the rights-of-ways of the county roads of Adams County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: Foley Road - portions of Foley Road located in Section 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 Township 16 North, Range 29 East W.M.; Sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, Township 16 North, Range 30 East W.M.; and Sections 19, 20, 29, and 30, Township 16 North, Range 31 East W.M The Transmission Pipeline and its associated facilities have been constructed across and/or along the following County roads.: McManamon Road in Sections 21 and 28, T 16 N, R 29 EWM. Reynolds Road in Sections 22, 23, 26, and 27, T 16 N, R 29 EWM Steel Road in Sections 24 and 25, T 16 N, R 29 EWM, and Section 30, T 16 N, R 30 EWM Lemaster Road in Sections 29 and 30, T 16 N, R 30 EWM Maier Road in Section 20, T 16 N, R 30 EWM Billington Road in Sections 28 and 29, T 16 N, R 30 EWM Booker Road in Sections 21, 22, 27, and 28 T 16 N, R 30 EWM Lucy Road in Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26 T 16 N, R 30 EWM Irby Road in Sections 19, 20, 29, and 30 T 16 N, R 31 EWM None of the roadway over which this franchise is requested is located within the limits of any incorporated city or town. This will be a twenty five (25) year franchise and is a renewal of an existing Franchise recorded as AFN (auditor file number) 227624, and granted by Resolution R-66-92 dated June 15th 1992.
