Request for Qualifications Columbia Basin Hydropower (CBHP) is soliciting statements of qualifications and performance data (RFQ) from engineering firms interested in providing professional services for CBHP pursuant to Chapter 39.80 RCW. Qualifying firms must have licensed personnel with the knowledge and experience to provide professional engineering services in the design of controls, data acquisition, annunciation, protective relaying, and security for hydroelectric power plants.
