November 7, 1928 – January 28, 2017

Albert M. Tebaldi was born in Alameda, California to Angelo Tebaldi and Eva (Sartini) Tebaldi on Nov. 7, 1928. He passed away Jan. 28, 2017.

He joined the Navy at 19, served and received an Honorable Discharge. In his youth he held a few jobs until he answered an ad in the paper asking for police officers. He applied and got the job, thereby setting his path for life. He eventually moved to Pasco, Wash. and was offered the job of Chief of Police. At the time of his retirement he was Chief of Police in Sunnyside, Wash.

Al was married to Jackie Tebaldi and had four children; Allen, Michelle, Candy and Tony. In later years he married to Ricki Tebaldi and she brought two boys into the marriage, Stephen and Jim, whom he raised from childhood. When Ricki passed in August of 2007 he was left alone and in two years met and married Yvonne (Whitlatch) Tebaldi. They would have been married eight years May 4, 2017.

Many who knew Al enjoyed his dry sense of humor and his generous spirit. He was a good man and will be sorely missed.

At Al’s request there will be no funeral.
