Report of boat stolen from the Moses Lake shoreline April 26. Boat is described as dark green plastic with no engine, registration 5931B820.

A 21-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1200 block of West Broadway Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 entered the road and hit vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way, no insurance and expired tabs.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at South Pioneer Way and East Broadway Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 drove straight in the left turn lane and ran into vehicle 2, turning left in the inside lane.

Report of burglary in the 500 block of South Canterbury Lane. Victim found his door had been kicked in, and numerous items had been stolen. Items missing included jewelry, video games and console, personal items and an urn. Suspect was contacted, and some items were recovered.

Report of stolen wallet at a business at 711 North Stratford Rd. Victim said she left her phone and wallet at the business, and when she returned both were gone. The wallet and phone case were later recovered, but not the phone. Phone is described as a gold Samsung S7.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 attempted to turn into the parking lot and ran into the driver's door of vehicle 2.

A woman reported that her home had been broken into about a week earlier, but that nothing had been taken.

A woman reported being stalked over Facebook.

A man reported his vehicle stolen.

A man reported that a subject broke the window of his vehicle and cut his face.

Rikkiann Garcia-Lalk, 22, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), displaying a weapon, and outstanding Chelan County warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree criminal trespassing, threats to do harm and third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer.

Lilana Alejandres, 22, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for custodial assault and a Grant County District Court warrant for use of drug paraphernalia.

Isabella Miranda, 21, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and MIP.

Steven Miller, 28, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), violation of an anti-harassment order and third-degree malicious mischief.

Mandy Gates, 39, Ephrata, was booked for first-degree criminal trespassing and an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamines.

Christopher Munson, 36, Elmer City, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant, a GCDC warrant for third-degree theft and an outstanding Douglas County warrant for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Michael Ehat, 52, Ephrata, was booked for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Casey Johnson, 40, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Gregory Poitevin, 32, Moses Lake, was booked for residential burglary, seven counts of second-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief.

Jefferson Smith, 33, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding King County warrant for failing to pay child support.
