Report of motorcycle stolen sometime between 6 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday at a residence in the 1300 block of West Marina Drive. Motorcycle is described as a red 1991 Honda.

Report of attempted fraud. Reporting party said he was contacted by person claiming to be from satellite TV company. All legitimate solicitors should have a city permit; people should ask to see the permit.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for third-degree driving with a suspended license and outstanding warrants.

Report of theft from a business at 975 East Nelson Rd. Victim had lawn equipment stolen from the premises.

Report of theft from a business at 4421 West Prichard Rd. Unknown suspect was stolen from the cash register.

A 26-year-old man turned himself in on an active felony warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 4000 block of Northeast Longview Street. Reporting party said someone broke the driver's side window on her car sometime between 1 and 3 p.m.

A suspect was arrested for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft after allegedly attempting to take a cart of merchandise, estimated value $720, from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

A juvenile, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

April 28

Report of a graffiti on a fence in the 1000 block of West Gary Street.

A juvenile, no age given, was charged with third-degree malicious mischief after he allegedly punched and damaged a display case at Moses Lake High School while in a conference with parents and administrators.

Report of break-in at a business at 955 West Third Ave. Unknown if anything was stolen.

A 23-year-old man turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

Report of bicycle stolen at a residence in the 900 block of West Broadway Ave. Bike is described as all white, approximate value $175.

A woman, no age given, was arrested for possession of methamphetamines, two counts of possession of stolen property, three counts of forgery, second-degree burglary, second-degree ID theft and third-degree theft. The woman allegedly attempted to push a cart full of merchandise out of a business at 601 South Pioneer Way, fled on foot when stopped and attempted to use ID that was not hers when contacted by law enforcement.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 506 East Wheeler Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 claimed she gave money to driver of vehicle 2 to go through the drive-through, as vehicle 1 was too big. Driver of vehicle 2 and a passenger denied receiving any money. Driver of vehicle 1 said she attempted to follow them out of the parking lot and ran into the back of vehicle 2.

April 29

Report of damage at a business at 2481 South Maiers Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 bought fuel, then tried to drive away with the hose still in the tank.

A 25-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding Grant County and Benton County warrants.

Report of bank fraud. Victim's debit card was stolen and used for about $400 in fraudulent purchases.

A 22-year-old man was arrested for trespassing at a business at 302 West Broadway Ave.

Report of vandalism in the 600 block of West Fourth Avenue. Victim's vehicle was keyed overnight.

A 58-year-old woman was arrested for DUI.

Report of theft in the 4000 block of West Dusty Street. Victim said she had items outside for a yard sale, and when she came outside Sunday morning some had been stolen.

Report of vehicle prowl at a business at 3000 West Marina Dr. Victim's car was searched while she was at work; debit card, cash and other items stolen.

A 40-year-old man was arrested for unlawful possession of wildlife, resisting arrest and obstructing law enforcement.

A man reported that subjects who were staying in a trailer on his property had taken the washer and dryer and owed him money.

A business reported a disturbance at its office.

A man reported that he came home and found his garage broken into and items missing.

A woman reported that a subject tried to hit her and another person with a hammer, then left in a car.

A man reported that four juveniles were looking over his fence and throwing things in his yard.

A woman reported that a man in a wheelchair came to her house and began knocking on the wall, yelling at her that he wanted his money.

Gunshots were reported off Paxson Road near Central Drive.

A man reported that gas had been stolen from him and he believed his neighbors had taken it.

A female caller reported finding a gun in her front yard.

Brandon Pries, 33, Moses Lake, was booked on a Washington Department of Corrections order for probation violation.

Emmanuel Magallon, 20, Quincy, was booked on a WDOC order.

Joshua Brown, 25, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Douglas County warrant for third-degree theft.
