Judge's bond ruling was arbitrary

Not to get involved in the pros and cons of the MLSD bond or the last outcome, I would like to state, (that if he was quoted accurately by the CBH staff writer) I find Judge Antosz’s comments and interpretations of the voting laws of Washington a little of a capricious, subjective and arbitrary nature. We have the letter of the law and the intent of the law. It’s up to the voters to decide which one of those options he used in his decision.
