March 20

Report of theft from a home in the 1100 block of West Market Street. Bicycle and damaged laptop were stolen. Victims contacted police later to say the stolen bike was recovered in Cascade Park.

Report of fake $100 bill turned in at a business on 640 N. Stratford Rd. An attempt by a different person to use a second fake bill was refused.

Report of theft from a business on Road N Northeast. Male and female subjects were found in the building, saying they were applying for jobs. The allegedly stole a lunchbox and medication from employees as they left.

Report of possible arson at a church at 516 E. Nelson Rd. Unknown suspect burned a shirt and some papers at the church entrance.

Report of fraud at a business at 2224 West Broadway Ave. Victim said his credit card was used for a fraudulent transaction.

A juvenile girl, no age given, was cited for MIP.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 803 E. Sharon Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 pulled out of the Moses Lake High School parking lot and ran into vehicle 2.

Report of assault at Chief Moses Middle School.

Report of two-vehicle accident at MLHS. Driver of vehicle 1 hit vehicle 2 while it was parked.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 1100 block of South Pioneer Way. Victim said his vehicle was parked at the spot for about seven months, but noticed the passenger door was open and consumer electronics and an extra vehicle battery were stolen.

A 28-year-old man was arrested fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 31-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 23-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of theft of a bicycle at a church at 1515 S. Division Ave. Bike belonged to reporting party's son, who saw a man riding away on it. The thief is described as being in his mid- to late teens wearing a black hoodie and jeans. Bike was described as black with yellow writing.

Report of vehicle prowl in the parking lot of a business at 911 N. Stratford Rd. Victim said thieves stole a bag containing an estimated $800 in clothing and jewelry.

A 49-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and an outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrant.

A man reported his welder stolen.

A woman reported that her sister had stolen items out of her vehicle.

A man reported that his ex was calling and harassing him.

A woman reported that a male subject appeared to be casing her parents’ house.

A woman reported that a suspicious male had walked past her house several times and was currently standing in her front yard.

A woman reported that a subject ran through her back yard and then possibly broke a window next door.

Brazen Penfield, 26, Soap Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for failing to pay child support, and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for failing to transfer title.

Julie Ennis, 29, Grand Coulee, turned herself in on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing.

Martha Juarez Ramos, 30, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Shadisa Fry, 21, Grand Coulee, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and second-degree rendering criminal assistance.

Jeffrey Muellner, 55, Grand Coulee, was booked for first-degree trafficking in stolen property and second-degree burglary.

Kurtis Klingenberg, 19, no address given, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Matheu Moore, 28, Tacoma, was booked for DUI.

Chelsea Hood, 23, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Bradley Norris, 28, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Anatoly Shtyba, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Rosa Campos, 35, Moses Lake, turned herself in to serve a 30-day sentence for retail theft.

Jerome Grant, 40, no address given, was booked for theft of a motor vehicle and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Shane Robinson, 49, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and outstanding GCDC warrants for failing to transfer title and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
