Two young children about 4 years old were reported running down the road with no adult around them.

A female caller reported that she was raped the previous weekend.

A woman reported that her ex was having contact with their children in violation of a restraining order.

March 16

Mary Ruiz, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding warrant out of Benton County.

James Ferguson, of Soap Lake, was arrested on a Department of Corrections probation violation cause.

Alexander Blanco, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.

Lisa Valdez, of Soap Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamine and a DOC secretary's warrant for probation violation.

Daniele Wick, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a DOC order for arrest and detention.

Nickolas Seffern, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for harassment, unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree assault and violation of a no-contact order.

Stephen Fankhauser, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and hit-and-run of unattended property.

William Matyear, of Wenatchee, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Chelan County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.
