Report of two students at Chief Moses Middle School making racial comments toward a staff member after they were given a directive.
Reports of several people sleeping in a bathroom on West Third Avenue. The subjects were contacted and advised to leave.
Police contacted three Chief Moses Middle School students who allegedly bullied by another student.
A homeless woman who was sleeping in a van at McCosh Park reported two of the windows on her van were broken out. The woman didn't hear or see anyone in the area. Police believe the windows were possibly shot out by a BB gun.
Report of children throwing rocks at vehicles near Neppel Park. Police could not find the children.
Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of South Locust Lane. Police determined the vehicle belonged to an employee at a roofing company who was doing a job in the area.
A woman was arrested for third-degree theft after stealing a tablet out of the car of a woman who had given her a courtesy ride.
Report of several subjects drinking alcohol and harassing customers at Safeway. Police responded and did not witness alcohol being consumed.
Report of three males looking into cars and pointing a weapon at a car in the area of South Holly Street and West Broadway Avenue. Police could not find the three males.
A man was arrested after punching his ex-partner in a hallway at Fairchild Cinemas.

A woman reported that a male subject robbed her house and stole her TV.
A woman reported finding a wallet on her porch.
March 15
A woman reported that her ID card had been stolen.
A man reported his vehicle stolen.
A man reported a herd of cows on his lawn.
Grant County Jail
March 14
Angelette Obendorf, of Grand Coulee, was booked on Grant County Superior Court information for forgery.
Gary Hibbs, of Ephrata, was booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for fourth-degree assault, violating a no-contact order and resisting arrest.
Christopher Peoples, of Keller, was arrested on an outstanding GCSC warrant for fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal trespassing.
