Notice of Application March 15, 2017 Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on February 23, 2017 from Lila Mofford (Designated Contact: Chad Lampe, Knudsen Land Survey, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on March 08, 2017. Project: A Short Subdivision of an approximately 26.39 acre parcel into three (3) lots. Lot 1 will be approximately 4.94 acres and has an existing residence. Lot 2 will be approximately 4.56 acres. Lot 3 will be approximately 14.83 acres. Both Lots 2 and 3 are vacant and will have residential capacity.
