March 10

A 30-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

A 20-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Third Avenue and South Alder Street. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into the back of vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for following too close and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Report of possible fraud. Suspect had purchased about $4,000 in merchandise, paid for a portion of it with an NSF check.

March 11

A 32-year-old man was arrested for DUI.

A 22-year-old woman and 38-year-old man were arrested for possession of heroin.

Report of possible domestic violence incident at a residence in the 200 block of East Sixth Avenue. A 19-year-old man at the home attempted to block officers from entering the house and was arrested for interfering with a report of domestic violence and disorderly conduct.

Report of multiple vehicle prowls in the 900 block of East Ball Court. Nothing was stolen.

A 49-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant for vehicle prowl.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 900 block of West Fourth Avenue. Victim said a CD and car charger were stolen. Estimated value $80.

A man, no age given, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and on an outstanding warrant.

A 49-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and trespassing.

Report of two-vehicle, injury accident near the intersection of West Broadway Avenue and South Ash Street. Driver of a motorcycle was pulling away from the curb, entering the lane of travel, and was hit by the car. The driver of the motorcycle sustained a leg injury and was transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident in the parking lot of a business at 930 North Stratford Rd. Victim said unknown car backed into her vehicle while she was in the business.

March 12

A 46-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 17-year-old girl was arrested for DUI and an outstanding warrant.

Report of stolen vehicle at a residence in the 1000 block of West Gem Avenue. Vehicle was stolen sometime between 1:30 and 6 a.m.; vehicle later was recovered.

Report of theft from the parking lot of a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Victim left her purse in the cart and found it had been stolen when she returned. Suspect was observed on video taking it from the cart. Purse contained the victim's ID, credit cards, cash and her phone. The phone was later recovered.

A man, age not given, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

A 28-year-old man was arrested for second-degree theft.

A 19-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

March 13

Report of possible burglary at a church in the 1000 block of Grape Drive. Reporting party said he found a door left open and a camera missing, and motion sensors picked up movement in the room about 1 p.m. the previous day. Estimated value of the missing camera was $1,200.

A man reported ongoing problems with his neighbors’ yappy dogs to the west and his other neighbors’ wandering geese to the east.

A man reported that someone had broken into a camper on his property.

A business reported a wanted person on its premises.

A man reported finding sexually explicit material on his son’s phone.

A man reported that his father’s vacant residence was broken into.

A man reported that a subject who was on drugs disconnected the reporting party’s generator and threw a bottle through a window.

A woman reported a van window broken out.

Firearms were reported stolen.

Two juveniles reportedly assaulted another juvenile.

A woman reported that her daughter took her vehicle without permission.

A woman reported that her ex was at her residence yelling and screaming.

A woman reported someone trying to break into her trailer.

A woman reported that her grandson, who lives with her, got mad at someone else, grabbed the grandmother by her hair and shook her.

A woman reported that someone broke into her home again.

Graffiti was reported on an abandoned house.

A woman reported that someone broke into her shed and house.

A man reported that his residence had been broken into while he was gone.

A woman reported her debit card stolen.

A woman reported that her neighbors were chopping wood at just before 11 p.m.

A man reported that his brother, who was not supposed to be there, showed up and punched out the reporting party’s car window upon being told to leave.

A woman reported a male who was refusing to leave her property.

A man reported that his neighbors were shooting firearms at his driveway.

A woman reported that her son hit her other son, then walked out of the house with a knife.

A woman reported that a paramedic hit her when she was in the back of the ambulance.

Tanner Eby, 18, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.

Seth Neis, 27, no address given, was booked for possession of methamphetamines.

Charles Branch, 28, Bonney Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines.

Stephen Fankhauser, 42, Ephrata, turned himself in to serve a one-day sentence for DUI.

Aleksandr Babak, 30, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Brenda Hernandez, 51, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Marty Gonzalez, 35, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and an outstanding Douglas County warrant for reckless endangerment (domestic violence).

Aaron Ammann, 24, no address given, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, hit and run, resisting arrest, making false statements and obstructing law enforcement.
