That the purpose of use under each claim is continuous municipal supply. The quantity of water claimed and used at the time under Claim No. 002852 was 1000 gallons per minute, 1000 acre-feet per year. The claimed date of first putting water to use is 1944. The point of withdrawal is located within Sec. 15, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and the place of use is not described. The quantity of water claimed and used at the time under Claim No. 146402 was 250 gallons per minute, 400 acre-feet per year. The claimed date of first putting water to use is 1934. The point of withdrawal is located within the SE1/4NE1/4 Of Sec. 28, T. 19 N., R. 28 E. W.M. and the place of use is "City of Moses Lake." The quantity of water claimed and used at the time under Claim No. 146403 was 1000 gallons per minute, 1600 acre-feet per year. The claimed date of first putting water to use is 1940. The point of withdrawal is located within the SE1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 23, T. 19 N. , R. 28 E.W.M. and the place of use is "City of Moses Lake." The quantity of water claimed and used at the time under Claim No. 146404 was 500 gallons per minute, 800 acre-feet per year. The claimed date of first putting water to use is 1939. The point of withdrawal is located within the NW1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 15, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and the place of use is "City of Moses Lake." The quantity of water claimed and used at the time under Claim No. 146405 was 500 gallons per minute, 800 acre-feet per year. The claimed date of first putting water to use is 1936. The point of withdrawal is located within the NW1/4NW1/4 0f Sec. 15, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and the place of use is "City of Moses Lake." The quantity of water claimed and used at the time under Claim No. 146406 was 500 gallons per minute, 800 acre-feet per year. The claimed date of first putting water to use is 1940. The point of withdrawal is located within the SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 27, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and the place of use is not described. The quantity of water claimed and itsed at the time under Claim No. 146410 was 750 gallons per minute, 7200 acre-feet per year. The claimed date of first putting water to use is 1936. The point of withdrawal is located within the NE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 33, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and the place of use is "City of Moses Lake." That they propose to change the place of use under each claim to the "Area served by the City of Moses Lake." That they propose to change the existing points of withdrawal, and add 30 points of withdrawal to each claim.
