Public Notice Olsen Homes, LLC, 610 South First Street, Othello, WA 99344, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, the Columbia Street Utility Corridor Project, is located between 14th Avenue and 7th Avenue within the proposed Columbia Street alignment. This project will serve the proposed Sagestone 8 Subdivision, adjacent properties, and other properties in the greater geographic area of Othello, Washington in Adams County. The City of Othello is sponsoring utility improvements for properties adjacent to the proposed Sagestone 8 Subdivision and over sizing to serve the greater geographic area. This project involves 15.4 acres of soil disturbance for the construction of water main, sewer main and storm water main construction activities.
