A 51-year-old man was cited for trespassing after he was asked to stop camping on property belonging to Samaritan Healthcare and stayed at the site.

Report of theft at a business at 1253 S. Pioneer Way. Two unknown juveniles stole about $5 worth of chocolate bars.

Report of theft at a residence in the 600 block of South A Street. Victim said laundry was stolen from the community laundry room.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Kitsap County warrant after being stopped for a traffic violation.

June 24

A 26-year-old man was stopped for a traffic violation and cited for DUI. His car was towed. A passenger in the vehicle was cited for MIP.

Report of fire alarm at Samaritan Hospital. Upon investigation it was discovered a subject had asked law enforcement for a ride, then allegedly pulled the fire alarm to get law enforcement to respond more quickly. He was charged with interfering with a health care facility.

A 27-year-old man was arrested for three counts of first-degree trafficking in stolen property and an outstanding Grant County warrant, and a 25-year-old woman was arrested for three counts of first-degree trafficking in stolen property and second-degree theft.

Report of suspicious person in the 800 block of South Winona Street. Subject said he was "looking for crawfish," and was advised by police he would be called in often at 4 a.m. for hanging out and loitering in residential neighborhoods.

A 39-year-old man was arrested for violating a no-contact order.

Report of about 30 motorcycles blocking traffic at the intersection of Alder and Broadway streets. Bikers were asked to move their vehicles.

A 25-year-old woman and 17-year-old girl were cited for theft after they allegedly concealed items, then used one bar code to scan multiple items, at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

A 58-year-old man was arrested for cyberstalking after he allegedly posted multiple videos about two victims.

June 25

A 27-year-old man was arrested after he was seen riding a moped without a helmet and fled when officers tried to stop him. He allegedly drove through yards, down the sidewalk and through the ballfields at Lauzier Field, never going more than 40 mph. He crashed the bike into a house on Crest Street and fled on foot, arrested after he attempted to hide under a car.

A 28-year-old man was arrested for second-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of attempted fraud at a business at 723 W. Third Ave. Over the previous three days three different suspects attempted to cash stolen checks at the business. Checks were stolen from a burglary in Adams County.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 9700 block of Northeast Parkway Drive. Victim said a woman, age not given, threw something at her car window and broke it.

Report of vehicle stolen in the 1500 block of North Buell Drive.

Stephen Strickler, 26, Richland, was booked for delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Belinda Wapato, 27, Grand Coulee, was booked for second-degree malicious mischief, third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), and on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree theft.
