A man told police Fox News could see him through his television and he wanted officers to make Fox News stop. The man was advised there is nothing that can be done at the local level.
A man reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a person who told him he owed money on an old payday loan.
Sportsman's Warehouse reported a man stole $18.99 worth of batteries from their store over the last week.
Report of a missing person from Adams County possibly panhandling in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way. Police could not find the subject.
Report of suspicious drug users at a residence in the 600 block of North Torrey Pines Drive. No crimes were observed in the area by police.
Police responded to a fight in the 400 block of East Fifth Avenue. The victim told officers he had been assaulted, but he said he deserved it and did not want to pursue charges.
Five juveniles were found smoking marijuana in a vehicle in the 1600 of South Beaumont Drive. The juveniles were released to their parents.

John Buchmann, 21, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
Enrique Pena, 34, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC warrant for probation violations.
Malachi Paris, 20, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCSC bench warrant for second-degree possession of stolen property.
Patrick McBrinn, 40, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing.
Ray Hahne, 47, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
Rafael Gutierrez, 27, of Warden, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.
Jose Morales, 29, of Mattawa, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
June 22
Christopher Peoples, 22, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked for second-degree malicious mischief.
Alexander Mata, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for attempting to elude and first-degree negligent driving.
