About 4:50 p.m. John Hagood, 58, of Moses Lake, was driving a 2008 Harley Davidson west on state Route 170, about two miles west of Warden. He pulled over to the right shoulder to yield to an eastbound ambulance that had its lights and sirens activated. Nely Bright, 48, of Moses Lake, was driving a 2013 Toyota Camry west on SR-170, but reportedly failed to slow down and struck Hagood in the right shoulder, according to the Washington State Patrol.
