QUINCY — A former Quincy High School teacher is accused of cyberstalking a former student in a Facebook Live video.

Grant County prosecutors charged Gregory A. Lisewych, 36, of Wenatchee, in Grant County Superior Court with cyberstalking.

The Quincy Police Department was made aware of Lisewych’s alleged conduct after receiving a phone call about the former Quincy High School teacher making disparaging remarks about students in a Facebook Live video. In the video that was shown to the investigating officer, Lisewych reportedly goes on a rant about a former 17-year-old male student of his, according to court documents.

Lisewych, who resigned from his teaching post in May, allegedly states he had sex with the teen’s girlfriend and every other girl the boy ever had sex with. He reportedly goes on to state he wants to rape the boy.

“That is something I would like to do, that is something I would like to do to him in the future, it might not happen, but that is a dream of mine to actually have intercourse with him,” Lisewych reportedly stated in the video.

Police learned Lisewych was staying at a hotel in Quincy and took him into custody in the 500 block of F Street Southwest. Lisewych did not speak when he was taken into custody, but he was reportedly “passively resisting” by going limp when police attempted to place him in the back of a patrol car. In a written statement, the former student said Lisewych is a threat to himself and others.

“He should not be allowed around kids considering he says he has sex with minors, posts videos on his social media pages with illegal narcotics. If he is not taken care of I will fear he will try and follow up with things. Because we all know that a restraining order will not stop somebody who has their mind set on doing something that their sick mind wants,” reads the statement.

The Facebook Live video referenced in the police report appears to have been deleted from Lisewych’s Facebook page. However, in another Facebook Live video that was posted Sunday night on Lisewych’s Facebook page he goes on two briefs rants about the former student. In the video he tells the student to show up at his hotel room if he wants to fight, “bare knuckle fighting. I’ll take you down. We’ll go,” Lisewych says at one point in the video.

On his Facebook page Lisewych says he is a “paid vacationer” at the Quincy School District and formerly worked as a substitute teacher in the Wenatchee School District.
