Logan on the 12th day of June, 2017. The full text may be mailed, free of charge, to any person requesting a copy. SUMMARY This ordinance amends the violation clause to any person who violates any of the provisions of Chapter 12.04 to 12.22 shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage caused to the City and shall pay a minimum fee of one hundred and fifty dollars.
