CITY OF OTHELLO INVITATION TO BID FOR OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER Sealed bids to provide the service as the Official Newspaper for the City of Othello for 2017/2018 will be accepted by the City Clerk's Department up to 12:00 p.m. (noon) on June 30, 2017. The term of the agreement will be for one year, beginning August 1, 2017. The official designated newspaper will provide all legal publications as required by law. Submitted bids must meet all requirements for a legal newspaper as provided in RCW 65.16.020. All submitted bids must be stamped as received at City Hall prior to the designated bid time.
