REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Othello School District is asking for RFP's to provide Professional Development to improve the educational success of English language learners through the continued development of our Dual Language 50/50 Program from July 20, 2017 to June 28, 2018. Skills needed include short term and long term planning based on a program evaluation tool, transition from partial to full 50/50 model, working with new DL teachers and experienced DL teachers. Proposals to include all fees associated with training. RFP's must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on June 19, 2017. Training provided on site.
