Manuel Rivera, 18, of Mattawa, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of cocaine.

Brianna Rodriguez, 28, of Othello, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.

Nataliya Willard, 25, of Spokane, was booked on outstanding GCSC bench warrants for two counts second-degree burglary and retail theft.

Esiquio DeLeon, 41, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

Jessica Meeks, 27, of Tumwater, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft.

Matthew Edwards, 27, of Richland, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for reckless endangerment.

Donovan Picard, 45, of Nespelem, was booked for second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Erick Rocha, 37, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree criminal trespassing.
