The Special Consultant Roster is planned to include the following professional services: Geotechnical, Land Surveying, Hazardous Materials, Value Engineering, Constructability Review, Environmental Review/Traffic Study, Commissioning, Arborist, Building Envelope/Roof, and Construction Inspection & Testing.
