Report of taillights stolen from an auto business at 945 West Third Ave. The taillights fit an early 2000s Ford F-250 truck.

Report of a hit-and-run accident in the parking lot of a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of theft from a residence in the 9800 block of Northeast Olympic Drive. Victim said she planted flowers in her yard and unknown suspects stole them.

Report of flower pot stolen from a business at 202 West Third Ave.

Report of attempted phone scam at a service organization at 814 North Stratford Rd. Caller said he was from the PUD and threatened to turn off the electricity without immediate payment

Report of burglary at a residence in the 200 block of West Northshore Drive. Victim said someone kicked in the door of her residence sometime between 5 and 6 p.m. Suspects took home electronics, estimated value about $250.

Report of theft from a business at 500 South Pioneer Way. Two juvenile females allegedly stole fake eyelashes.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Kittitas County warrant.

A woman was cited for loud music at a residence in the 400 block of East State Avenue.

June 3

A 28-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of assault in the 1100 block of North Stratford Rd. Suspect followed victim to the business parking lot, got out of his vehicle and yelled at the victim, then pulled a hunting knife and stabbed the roof of the victim's vehicle. A 31-year-old man was arrested for felony harassment and second-degree malicious mischief.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 3000 block of West Sandy Street. A backpack with a money order and personal documents was stolen.

Report of a no-contact order violation at a residence in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive. Officer arrived and found the suspect sleeping on the steps of the residence. The suspect, a 41-year-old man, fled on foot, allegedly leaving behind drug paraphernalia. He was located and taken into custody.

Report of vandalism in the 1000 block of West Luta Street. Victim said somebody broke the windshield of the family truck with a large rock.

A 21-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of theft from the Larson ballfields at 514 South Russell Ave. Victim said unknown suspect stole a bicycle from the bike rack on her car. Bike is described as a Cannondale, black with gold lettering, 19-inch wheels, 18 speeds. Bike was valued at $1,500.

Man who refused to identify himself was arrested for possession of methaphetamines, second-degree trespassing and obstructing law enforcement.

A juvenile subject was cited for possession of marijuana after a traffic stop.

June 4

Report of disturbance at a residence in the 3400 block of West Sage Road. A man, no age given, was arrested for second-degree assault (domestic violence). A second man fled the scene.

Report of disturbance at a residence in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue. Victim said the subject, a 24-year-old woman, was at the residence in violation of a no-contact order and broke a window at the residence.

Report of theft at a residence in the 1300 block of Hunter Place. Victim said unknown suspects stole the bumper off his car sometime between Friday and Sunday. The tailgate was stolen from the same vehicle a few weeks earlier.

Report of vandalism overnight at a business at 216 West Third Ave. Vandals overturned a large wooden flower pot sometime overnight, possibly stealing some of the plants.

A 26-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), possession of methamphetamines, obstructing law enforcement and an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of a disturbance in the parking lot of a business at 960 North Stratford Rd. Subject allegedly pointed a CO2 pistol at rivals. The case is still under investigation.

A woman reported that her sister wouldn’t let her into her motor home.

A license plate was reportedly stolen from a vehicle over Memorial Day Weekend.

A woman reported that a vehicle with Idaho plates was stalking her home.

A woman reported that she came home and found one of her windows open.

A male caller reported that someone had assaulted his little brother with a baton.

A woman reported that her neighbor’s dog was in her back yard barking.

Items were reported stolen from a farm.

A woman reported a verbal disturbance between her daughter and her soon-to-be-ex-boyfriend.

A bike that had been stolen a few days earlier was reported found.

A man reported a female subject harassing him.

A woman reported theft of money from her father’s bank account.

A man reported debit card fraud.

Employees of a bank who were cleaning out a foreclosed home reported that the homeowner’s father trespassed on the property.

June 4

Sunglasses and $20 in change were reportedly stolen from a child’s backpack in a vehicle.

A towing company reported a vehicle stolen from its lot.

A woman reported that it appeared someone had broken into her residence.

June 5

A woman reported a black pickup with a male occupant sleeping in it outside her driveway.

A vehicle without plates was reported abandoned in an orchard.

June 4

Isaac Cesilio Cruz, 55, transient, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Shawn Fisher, 34, Soap Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree theft.

Sergio Herrera Jiron, 27, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of controlled substances, unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and obstructing law enforcement, and an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Bethany Steele, 28, Warden, was arrested on an outstanding GCSC warrant for harassment.

Lakota Rangel, 36, Grand Coulee, was booked on outstanding GCSC warrants for harassment (domestic violence), violating a court order (domestic violence), two counts of violating a court order and bail jumping.

June 5

Ashley Sparks, 24, Moses Lake, was booked for violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).
