A 49-year-old man was arrested for possession of controlled substances and on an outstanding Grant County felony warrant.

Report of vehicle prowl in Blue Heron Park. Reporting party said she parked her car and she and her passenger slept overnight in the park. When they returned to the car a window had been broken out. Victim estimated her loss at about $850 in cash and merchandise, as well as credit and debit cards. Her passenger said he lost a camera and lenses, estimated value $4,000, and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Report of possible theft. Victim said he left two cell phones with a friend to be repaired, and the friend didn’t return the phones and is claiming he never had them.

Report of theft at a residence in the 1000 block of West Cascade Avenue. Reporting party said unknown suspects had stolen a six-speed bike sometime in the last two days. The bike is described as a “Masterbike” brand mountain bike, purple with Halloween stickers, estimated value $75.

A man, no age given, was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) after he allegedly broke a window on his wife’s car while it was parked at a business on West Broadway Avenue.

A 27-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant. He was a passenger in a car driven by a 17-year-old boy, who was cited for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Shane Robinson, 49, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamines and outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failing to transfer vehicle title.

Liliya Gurnik, 22, Seattle, was booked for being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.

Kamren Thomas, 24, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Oscar Ramirez Reyes, 30, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.
