Report of a retaining wall spray painted with graffiti in the 900 block of West Valley Road.

A man reported someone stole a garden hose from his residence in the 1700 block of South Monroe Street and possibly siphoned gas from a vehicle parked in the driveway.

Report of a motorcycle stolen from a garage in the 1700 block of West Peninsula Drive.

A man was trespassed from a business in the 1700 block of East Kittleson Road after damaging a door at the location.

Report of a fight in the 900 block of West Broadway Avenue. The report was determined to be unfounded.

A man was arrested for indecent exposure in his vehicle in the 2700 block of West Broadway Avenue.

Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1900 block of West Spruce Street. The vehicle was gone when police arrived.

A physical altercation was reported at Connelly Park in which a female was yelling and trying to hit a male, and following him when he tried to leave.

A phone was reported stolen.

A woman reported that her estranged husband was refusing to leave the residence.

Kobe Walker, 18, of Woodinville, was arrested and booked for minor in possession of alcohol and making a false statement to a public servant.

William Cluster, 36, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Douglas County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Cristobel Diaz, 35, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for driving without a valid operators license.

July 28

Jeremy McCurdy, 35, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Jorge Altamirano, 24, of Royal City, was booked for indecent exposure.
