Notice of Application with Optional DNS Columbia Corridor Utility Project: Olsen Homes LLC and the City of Othello applied for environmental review to install 2710 lineal feet of water, sewer, and stormwater mains up to 21" diameter. The location is the future right-of- way of Columbia Street, from 7 th to 14 th Avenue. Comments on this project will be accepted until 5:00 PM on August 4. Because the Optional DNS process under WAC 197-11- 355 is being used and the City expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance, this may be your only opportunity to comment.
