Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Kittleson Road and South Maiers Road. Driver of vehicle 2 stopped for the light and was rear-ended by vehicle 1.
Report of theft at a business at 312 South Division St. Suspect stole tools, estimated value about $350. Suspect was described as a white male, wearing black and white camo shorts, blue zip jacket and white hat.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at West Marina Drive. Drivers of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 both tried to cross Broadway at the same time.
Report of theft at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Woman said her purse was stolen by a suspect as a second suspect distracted her. The suspect who stole the purse was described as a heavyset white female.

Report of shots fired at a business at 503 East Broadway Ave. Suspect fired five pistol rounds into the air as the car he was in was leaving the scene. Suspect vehicle was described as a silver Cadillac.
A 23-year-old man was arrested on two outstanding felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant after he fled on foot at a vehicle stop, and was apprehended.
July 22
Report of attempted theft at a residence in the 2000 block of West Valley Road. Unknown suspect attempted to take the reporting party's motorcycle sometime overnight.
Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1400 block of East Craig Street. Victim's wallet was stolen, but recovered later in the day.
Report of stolen bicycle at a residence in the 1400 block of West Fern Drive. Bike is described as black mountain bike with 24-inch wheels and neon green stickers.
Report of alleged assault at the Moses Lake Public Library. Victim said suspect hit him in the face twice with a metal pipe. Suspect was described as a male, about 50 years old with long hair, riding a bike with a cart attached.
A 29-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at West Broadway and South Interlake Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was changing lanes and collided with vehicle 2.
Report of theft from the Surf 'n Slide water park. Victim had bag stolen, containing car keys.
Report of robbery in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road. Victim said she was walking home when unknown male and female suspects allegedly grabbed her and took her purse. The victim was stabbed in the neck and ear, allegedly during the assault.
Report of assault at a business at 4421 West Prichard Rd. Victim said the suspect purposely backed over him when he attempted to remove items from the trunk of her car. Suspect was gone when law enforcement officers arrived.
July 23
Report of disturbance at a residence in the 900 block of South Division Street. Multiple reports of shots fired; witnesses heard man and woman yelling, three gunshots, more yelling from a woman and three more gunshots. There was no answer at the residence; police obtained a search warrant and talked to the resident who said two men had been exchanging gunfire behind the residence. No woman was in the residence. A firearm was found in the residence and taken for evidence, but no shell casings were found. Officers found two sets of footprints behind the residence. A neighboring residence sustained a broken window.
Report of theft from a resort in the 3400 block of West Sage Road. Victim said that sometime overnight unknown suspects took fishing equipment from the porch. Items were valued at about $350. Items were later recovered.

Report of theft at an extended care facility at 905 South Pioneer Way. Employees said personal belongings were stolen while they were attending residents.
