A woman reported sometime overnight an unknown subject attempted to force down a window on her car in the 1100 block of East Hill Avenue. The window is now non-functional.
Report of a cellphone stolen from Samaritan Hospital.
Report of numerous items stolen out a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot.
Report of a bicycle stolen from a carport in the 500 block of South Ash Street.
Police were unable to find an erratically driven vehicle in the area of West Broadway Avenue and South Gibby Road.
A woman reported a pit bull chased her son in the 500 block of South Grand Drive. The woman was not able to give police information on the owner of the dog.
A man reported someone entered his residence in the 9900 block of Parkway Drive Northeast and stole an iPad.
A man was arrested on vehicle theft and robbery charges after forcing another person out of their vehicle.

A woman reported that her landlord made threats against her, and also turned off the electricity when they were not home, causing food to go bad.
Graffiti was reported on a pump house.
A woman reported that her shop had been broken into a year previously, and now she was seeing the stolen items for sale on Facebook.
A man reported items stolen from his vehicle.
A woman reported receiving fraudulent phone calls.
A woman reported that someone she had watching her residence while she was out of town had stolen things from her.
A woman reported a male subject urinating by her mailbox in sight of children.

July 18
Andrew Heath, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for DUI and second-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
July 19
Kerry Lantis, 28, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree theft.
Joshua Brown, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for reckless endangerment and a City of Wenatchee warrant for third-degree theft.
