Mike Riggs would make a good councilman

I attend a city-citizen “planning team,” of which Mike Riggs is co-chair. I’ve found Dr. Riggs’ leadership to be transparent, open to differing opinions and willing to “check things out” by “going into the field” – skills that would make for a good City Council member.
