July 18

Report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the 700 block of North Stratford Road. Police could not find the vehicle.

Report of a subject in a 2001 Honda Civic not paying for $66 worth of repairs at an automotive shop in the 900 block of West Third Avenue.

An employee at a business in the 600 block of East Third Avenue was found to have stolen $100 from the business. The employee was trespassed from the property and will be charged with third-degree theft.

Report of a bus pass stolen from a backpack at the Surf 'n Slide Water Park.

Report of a suspicious subject in a parking lot in the 900 block of North Stratford Road. The woman advised police she was panhandling.

A woman contacted police stating her vehicle was struck in the 300 block of West Broadway Avenue.

A man was arrested for attempted vehicle theft after approaching a person in a vehicle and demanding the driver get out. The driver refused and the suspect fled the area.

Subjects were reported kicking the door of an apartment, then leaving in a white pickup truck.

A female was reportedly seen being assaulted by a male who then left with her vehicle.

A man reported his car stolen.

A group of aggressive dogs was reported chasing people as they got out of their vehicles.

A man reported his mailbox stolen.

A man reported that his ex was threatening to drive her van through his residence.

A man reported that his bicycle rims had been stolen from inside his residence. He also reported that he had witnesses and believed he knew the culprit.

A woman reported that her residence had been vandalized.

July 19

A man reported that his vehicle had been stolen during the night.

A woman reported that her ex was harassing her by phone and email.

Gary Stinnett, 64, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for first-degree custodial interference.

Andrew Heath, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin and outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for DUI and second-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jorge Ruiz, 19, of Quincy, was booked for interfering with reporting of domestic violence.

Ruby Gua, 28, of Omak, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Jessica Kishwalk, 42, of Nespelem, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Zachery Mayer, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Daniel Clark, 51, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Jeffrey Hughes, 42, of Lynnwood, was booked on two counts of second-degree possession of stolen property.

Wayne Furman, 51, of Grand Coulee, was booked on a Department of Corrections order for arrest and detention.

Luis Perez, 30, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.

Recardo Rocha, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary's warrant.

Ronald Leonard, 40, of Soap Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Homero Contreras, 48, of Warden, was booked for fourth-degree assault.

Royer Delgado, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree robbery (attempted).

Sergio Cervantes, 60, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a court order violation.

Jennifer Shearer, 37, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
