EMERGENCY FOOD AND SHELTER PROGRAM The Adams County Emergency Food and Shelter Board invite non-profit organizations to submit applications for emergency funding for 2017. In the past 34 years more than 4.4 billion has been distributed across America to address needs of the homeless and hungry. Last year Adams County received $10,399.00. This year funding will be $10,860.00. Any agency that provides assistance to the elderly, family with children, Native Americans and Veterans are eligible to apply.
