July 14

A 21-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County felony warrant.

A 54-year-old woman and a juvenile female were charged with third-degree theft after they allegedly tried to steal makeup from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of theft at a residence in the 8500 block of Northeast Vince Road. Victim said subject entered her residence and stole a television set, estimated value, $600.

A 26-year-old man and 24-year-old woman were arrested on outstanding warrants after a report of a verbal domestic dispute at a residence in the 600 block of South Hawthorne Drive.

Report of attempted telephone scam. Reporting party said they had received a phone call allegedly from the IRS demanding immediate payment and threatening jail.

Report of shoplifting at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Unknown suspect left the store with about $165 in items and fled in a primer-gray Dodge pickup with an out-of-area license plate.

Report of theft at a residence in the 1000 block of 1006 West Third Avenue. Reporting claimed the subject, a 43-year-old woman, stole his laundry. The woman admitted finding his duffel bag in the laundry room, but denied taking his clothes. A search of the woman's apartment didn't find the clothes. The woman was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of harassment. Woman said she was threatened by a man during a physical altercation between the woman's boyfriend and the suspect.

Misty Guadarrama, 18, Federal Way, was booked into the Grant County Jail for hit and run.

Lamar Wynn, 21, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for retail theft with special circumstances.

Kenneth Schappell, 30, Moses Lake was booked for outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Alejandra Loera, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Giovanni Powell, 26, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Virginia Balderas, 43, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for possession of a legend drug.

Scott Johnson, 45, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding Snohomish County warrants for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended license and outstanding King County warrants for operating a vehicle without required ignition interlock and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Christopher Smith 33, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Shannon Dorst, 29, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding Chelan County warrant for third-degree theft.

Justine Jake, 18, Grand Coulee, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

Ernesto Urquizo, 22, George, was booked for driving without a valid driver's license.

Jasmine Hernandez, 21, Warden, was booked on an outstanding Adams County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Anthony Collins, 23, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding out of county warrant.

Nathan Walsh, 22, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.

Shae Hurley, 20, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for reckless driving and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jose Macias, 19, Moses Lake, was booked on possession of a stolen vehicle, DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Derek De La Rosa, 23, Yakima, was booked for DUI.
