Gayle D Mizer, 81, passed away peacefully on July 5, at home, with her family.

Together they had four children Kim, Kenny, Kevin, Krystal; eventually they moved to Sedro Woolley, Wash. in 1969. There she worked as a bus driver and hostess at Chuckanut Manor. After separating from Kenneth, she met and fell deeply in love with Mark Mizer, and they were married March 31, 1984. They resided in George, Wash. for the next 30 years, where Mark farmed their land and she worked the books. They spent their retired years snowbirding in Yuma, Ariz. and visiting family – her two most favorite things. She loved to enjoy every moment in life never rushing a sunrise or sunset. Some of her favorite things were shopping, cooking, her numerous friends, perfecting her yard, camping with family at Lake Roosevelt and going on spur of the moment drives to enjoy life.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Bucky, sister Karen and grandson Travis. She leaves behind husband Mark, four children and their spouses Kim and Buz Tyler, Kenny and Dani Ewing, Kevin and Debbie Ewing andrystal and Zann Ewing, as well as her greatly cherished eight grandchildren, who gave her nine great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life honoring Gayle will be held at the Eagles club of Sedro Woolley, Wash., 1000 Metcalf St, on July 22, 2017 at 1 p.m.
