July 10
Report of a boat stolen from a boat dock in the 2900 block of West Marina Drive. The boat was located later in the day on the lake.
Grant County PUD reported one of its maintenance fences was cut by an unknown person in the 10200 block of Kinder Road Northeast.
A fire caused by an unknown source burnt some sagebrush behind a business in the 500 block of West Valley Road.
Report of possible animal neglect in the 1000 block of West Bruce Street. Police were not able to find the owner of the animal.
Report of a subject consuming alcohol at a restaurant in the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue and leaving in a red pickup truck. Police could not locate the vehicle.
A woman reported multiple items have been stolen out of her storage unit in the 9900 block of Kinder Road Northeast over the past month.
A business in the 700 block of West Broadway Avenue requested extra patrols in the area due to an increase in foot traffic.

Three duffel bags were reported sitting in front of a house.
A woman reported that her old roommate stole items from her.

A man reported that his wife, who was intoxicated, threw a jar of pennies at him and hit him in the face three times.
A man reported that he heard a burglar in his garage and went out to investigate with a weapon. He reportedly fired a single shot, whereupon a female got into a pickup with a male and left.
A man reported that a male showed up at his sister’s house claiming he owed him money and threatening the sister.

July 10
Rebecca Nichols, 27, Coulee Dam, was booked into the Grant County Jail for first-degree robbery (domestic violence) and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Dale Mack, 54, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree burglary.
David Rice, 28, Soap Lake, was booked on a Washington Department of Corrections arrest order.
July 11
Joshua Avalos, 25, Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.
Lacey Gwinn, 28, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for refusing to comply with law enforcement.
Rebecca R. Jones, 34, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
