Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a residence in the 500 block of North Grape Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 was backing out of her driveway and collided with vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for unsafe backing.

A juvenile girl, no age given, was arrested on outstanding juvenile warrants.

Report of theft at a residence in the 800 block of West Loop Drive. Victim said subject entered her residence without being invited and took her phone. She contacted him about two hours later and he returned the phone.

A 56-year-old man was arrested for felony harassment.

Report of bicycles stolen from a business at 1140 South Pioneer Way. Bikes were in the back of a vehicle parked overnight at the location. Bikes were described as a red mountain bike, estimated value $2,000, and a blue road bike with a mount for a computer and CO2 tanks on the frame.

Report of theft in the 1600 block of West Lee Street. Victim said unknown suspects broke into a compartment on his work truck and stole five chainsaws, estimated value about $3,650, and miscellaneous tools.

Report of theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Employee allegedly took money from a cash register. The case is still under investigation.

Two subjects, no information given, were arrested on outstanding warrants. The first subject was also arrested on new charges of theft, the second on new charges of trespassing.

Report of theft at a business at 319 West Fourth Ave. Reporting party said keys to a vehicle were stolen when they were left on the counter at the business, and a suspect also searched her vehicle and stole a purse.

Report of theft from a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of West Lakeside Drive. Reporting party said unknown suspects broke into his car and stole prescription drugs sometime between July 5 and 7.

Report of phone fraud. Victim said a check was deposited to his account and he was asked to buy gift cards, but the account was frozen after the bank discovered the check was fraudulent.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 640 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed out and hit vehicle 2, which was parked.

Report of vehicle prowl at Blue Heron Park, 111 North Westshore Dr. Victim said he had a tool box stolen from his car while it was parked in the park. Estimated value of contents, $400.

Report of disturbance in the 1000 block of South Dahlia Drive. First subject allegedly punched second subject in the stomach; the second subject then allegedly body-slammed the first subject onto the patio. Second subject, a juvenile, fled the scene, but was later found and booked into Grant County Juvenile for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence). Fourth-degree assault charges are pending against the first subject.

July 8

Report of attempted theft at a residence in the 100 block of West Fairmont Lane. Reporting party said unknown suspects had gone through storage bins on the property.

Report of theft from a residence in the 600 block of South Locust Lane. Victim said his motorcycle was stolen sometime overnight. Motorcycle was recovered the next day.

Report of theft from a residence in the 800 block of South Juniper Drive. New clothes and a ring were stolen, estimated value, $1,280.

Report of theft from a residence in the 2200 block of West Broadway Avenue. Unknown suspects stole a bicycle from the garage. Bike is described as a 26-inch Huffy Cranbrook with a basket. Estimated value, $88.

Report of mail theft in the 1400 block of South James Avenue. Mail was found scattered on the sidewalk.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 200 block of West Linden Avenue. Victim said stereo equipment was taken from a personal vehicle and two radios from a work truck.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at North Stratford Road and West Mart Road. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for no insurance and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

A 32-year-old woman was charged with theft after she allegedly changed the price tags on merchandise at the self-checkout at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

July 9

A 19-year-old man was cited for DUI. His vehicle was towed.

Report of theft at a park at 410 North Clover Drive. Victim said his wallet was stolen during a wedding reception. Wallet contained gas cards and cash.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 300 block of East Tanglewood Drive. Victim said her steering column and ignition were damaged sometime overnight.

A 34-year-old man and a 54-year-old man were arrested on outstanding warrants after a traffic stop.

A man, no age given, was arrested for theft after he was found attempting to take items with no receipt from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin and violation of a protection order.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident at a business at 506 East Wheeler Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2 and left the scene.

Report of attempted burglary in the 1400 block of East Craig Street. Victim said unknown suspect had attempted to open a bedroom window; subject ran away when challenged by occupants of the house.

A 29-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant after he was found asleep on his porch.

A man reported that he got into a verbal fight with his estranged wife and she threw water on him.

A woman, who uses a wheelchair, reported that her ex pushed her down and stole her car.

A female was reported being beaten up by her boyfriend in the reporting party’s front yard.

A woman reported that a subject who had previously been trespassed was back on the property and knocking on windows.

A man reported that someone fraudulently posted his residence for rent on Craigslist.

A woman reported that a dog bit her son in the face.

A man reported that an intoxicated subject was trespassing on his property.

A woman reported her cellphone stolen.
