July 5
A man reported several instances of mail theft occurring in the 1100 block of South Eastlake Drive.
Report of a city owned UTV stolen from a building in the 100 block of North Westshore Drive.
A man attempted to push a shopping cart full of unpaid items out of Safeway. The subject was confronted and pushed the cart back into the store and fled the scene. A bag of marijuana was left in the shopping cart by the subject.
Report of a small amount of marijuana and $500 in cash stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of South Ashley Way.
A needle was found in front of a business on South Gibby Road. The needle was disposed of by police.
A man was trespassed from Winco after he was caught stealing $20 worth of items from the business.
Report of juveniles illegally setting off fireworks in the 400 block of North Paxson Drive. Police could not find the juveniles.

A woman reported that a fraudulent credit card account had been opened in her mother’s name.
A man reported that his girlfriend was trespassing and refusing to leave.

A man reported that his building had been broken into and items had been stolen out of his vehicle.
A hotel reported a dog running at large on its property.
A woman reported that her stepson was harassing her.
A man reported that his ex-wife had not brought the children for their arranged exchange.
A woman reported that someone was breaking into her house.

A man reported that his house had been broken into.

Charlee Gold, 23, of Othello, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Freddie Cruz, 41, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections violation.
July 4
Pavel Shtyba, 38, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for third-degree assault, attempting to elude, endangerment by eluding police, DUI and DUI refusal.
Rodrigo Serrano, 42, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
Luis Ortega, 19, of Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for driving without identification and third-degree malicious mischief.
Hector Hernandez, 28, of Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault.
Ross Bacon, 32, city of residence not listed, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for refusal to comply with police.
July 5
Ryan Jordan, 19, of Kelso, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Cowlitz County warrant for third-degree theft and attempted third-degree theft.
Franklin Henspeter, 72, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
David Whitmer, 45, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary's warrant for violation of probation.
