| July 5, 2017 4:00 AM

MOSES LAKE — A Seattle man was injured after he was ejected off a motorcycle on Interstate 90 on Sunday.

About 4:35 p.m. Jake Ciesynski, 25, of Seattle, was driving a 2008 Harley Davidson west on I-90, about 1.5 miles west of Moses Lake, when the vehicle in front of him slowed down. Ciesynski reportedly attempted to stop and was thrown from the motorcycle. Ciesynski and the Harley came to a rest on the right shoulder of the highway, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Ciesynski was injured and transported to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake for treatment. The patrol reports the cause of the collision was Ciesynski following too close. The patrol decided not to cite Ciesynski.
